Polar U Series Premium Double Door Counter Freezer

Designed to work in the high temperatures of any busy commercial kitchen, this double-door counter freezer from Polar’s U-Series is sure to provide effective cooling to any medium or large kitchen. Featuring an intelligent, easy-to-use digital controller, this freezer allows you to alter settings or temperature with minimal effort. This freezer is designed with a powerful, forced-air cooling system that ensures that consistent and reliable temperatures are maintained around the entire freezer – ensuring all food is effectively preserved.

The freezer is designed as a 2-in-1 unit that can be used to store your frozen goods, whilst featuring a stainless-steel countertop that can be used during preparation tasks. This combination makes it easier for you to remove and prepare frozen ingredients in the same location – saving you time from walking back and forward between areas of the kitchen. The freezer is constructed with 196 litres of split, usable storage that allows you to store food groups separately. Anti-tilt, E-shaped shelf supports allow you to place shelving and 1/1GN pans together – helping to save you vital storage space whilst making it easier to take foods from frozen, to cooked.

Made with a stainless-steel interior and exterior, this unit is easy to clean and durable to most wear and tear that occurs in a commercial kitchen – helping to save you time on maintenance and money on replacements or repairs.
