Vogue Heavy Duty Stainless Steel 1/2 Gastronorm Tray 20mm

Immensely strong and durable, the 1/2GN sized Vogue heavy duty gastronorm tray is the go-to solution for cooking, storing and displaying food. With its standard 265x325mm size and 20mm depth, the tray fits into any GN compatible oven, buffet station, fridge or blast chiller, reliably keeping your food safely in place whether it’s being cooked, warmed, chilled or frozen.

The warp-resistant heavy duty construction is designed specifically for the most demanding kitchens. With reinforced corners and premium 304 stainless steel, the Vogue gastronorm tray is made to perform – even during rapid temperature changes. And thanks to its overhanging rim, it’s easy to move the tray between stations to save time. It’s also dishwasher safe – perfect for saving even more time if you’ve got the capacity for a gastronorm tray this size.
