Prince Castle Single Flat MultiFlex Contact Grill NCG8-F

The Prince Castle NCG8-F MultiFlex contact grill is their most versatile and compact grill yet. The design of this high performance grill was taken right from the operational needs of food service partners worldwide.

Rigorous testing of over 2 million cycles assures reliability and consistent operation. Its parallel platen design consists of two heated plates that not only speeds up cooking and grilling but also ensures easy pressing and uniform heating during the cook cycle. As each plate is independently controlled, the grill can also double as a compact griddle too, so you can cook chicken breast, bacon and much more – perfect for saving energy if you don’t need to fire up your main griddle. The NCG8-F is also easy to clean, thanks to the clever smooth design of the exterior and removable drip tray.
