Merrychef Eikon E4 High Speed Oven E4CSV

Cooking up to 15 times faster than a conventional oven, the Merrychef Eikon E4 can transform the way you cook in your kitchen. With the combination of a 3.2kW convection and 1.5kw microwave ovens, it can cook a wide variety of dishes quickly and consistently, without compromising on quality.

Thanks to an intuitive easyTouch® icon driven touchscreen, the Merrychef Eikon E4 is simple for staff to operate. With storage for up to 1024 cooking profiles via USB, chefs can easily programme and save their favourite recipes. This helps streamline workflow in the kitchen, allowing you to serve more customers and increase your profits. Additionally, this combination oven is stackable and space-saving, so it’s ideal for commercial kitchens where space is limited.

Despite its compact size, the Eikon E4 still boasts a large 25.5 litre cavity to provide ample cooking space. Its internal turntable maximises heat distribution for fantastic browning results, while the cool-touch exterior helps ensure safe use. Cleaning the oven is also a breeze thanks to Merrychef’s patented front-monitored air filtration system.

Furthermore, the Eikon E4 is easy to install with ventless operation, removing the need for overhead extraction.
