Merrychef Eikon E3 High Speed Oven Three Phase E3 XX

Speed up the cooking process in your commercial kitchen with the Merrychef Eikon E3. This innovative appliance is designed to cook food quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality, making it ideal for busy restaurants, cafes and catering establishments. With the combination of a 3kW convection oven and 1kw microwave, the Eikon E3 cooks up to six times faster than traditional ovens, allowing you to serve more customers and increase your profits.

Thanks to an intuitive easyTouch® icon driven touchscreen, the Merrychef Eikon E3 is simple for staff to operate. With storage for up to 1024 cooking profiles via USB, chefs can easily programme and save their favourite recipes. This helps you to streamline workflow, so you can deliver high-quality food with every order. Additionally, this combination oven is compact and space saving, so it’s ideal for commercial kitchens where space is limited.

Despite its compact size, the Eikon E3 still boasts a large 34.4 litre cavity to provide ample cooking space. Its internal turntable maximises heat distribution for fantastic browning results, while the cool-touch exterior helps ensure safe use.

The oven is also easy to install with ventless operation, removing the need for overhead extraction. Also, cleaning the oven is a breeze thanks to Merrychef’s patented front-monitored air filtration system.

Please note: this is the 3 phase version and requires hardwiring. It also not covered under the 30 day returns policy and a fee will apply if this product is returned.
