The Falcon Dominator Plus E3845F2XP Angel fryer is a high performance, energy efficient electric filtration fryer designed for everyday use in busy commercial kitchens. Featuring twin 10Ltr capacity pans and twin baskets, it allows you to fry two different items at the same time, maximising productivity without compromising on quality. The efficient high performance elements ensure fast heat recovery, helping to maintain an impressive output of up to 25kg of chips from frozen per hour, per tank.

Built to last, this freestanding fryer boasts strong stainless steel construction and user-friendly programmable controls, making it easy to operate and maintain, even during the busiest of shifts. What sets the E3845F2XP apart is its built-in twin filtration system, which extends the lifespan of your oil by removing food particles, ensuring cleaner, longer-lasting oil and better tasting food. Filtration is fast and easy, and can even be completed mid-service if required.

Falcon Angel technology further improves the safety of the fryer. With its built-in oil level sensor, the Angel fryer reduces the risk of flare-ups or the discharge of kitchen fire suppression.
