Description

Efficient, stylish and practical, the Caterlite double induction hob is a must-have unit for professional kitchens and mobile caterers alike. Using powerful induction technology, the Caterlite induction hob channels significantly more energy into the cooking process, rather than wasting it to the environment. This not only means faster, more efficient cooking but also helps you to maintain a more comfortable kitchen – especially during hot, busy services.

Providing instant heat, the induction hob allows you to start cooking in no time at all. Its wide design, stainless-steel base and durable ceramic glass top ensure that there’s plenty durability and space to boil, fry or sauté dishes.

For extra practicality, digital touch controls make the hob easy to operate, whilst allowing you to set a 0-180 minute timer and choose between ten heat settings for added cooking flexibility. And as the hob is powered by a single 13A plug, it’s also highly portable, making it ideal for mobile catering or demo cooking.
