Durable quartz elements are quick to heat up, providing a precise temperature in just 10 minutes. And as they are quartz, the elements can easily be replaced when necessary, ensuring a long service life for the Buffalo salamander grill.

The salamander also features three shelf positions and adjustable heat controls, giving you the precision to warm from all the elements at once, or just the overhead elements – this provides impressive versatility in helping you achieve perfectly browned dishes every time.
