Using the Buffalo oil filtration machine is straightforward. Simply lower the filtration machine into the oil tank, whilst the oil is hot, switch on and leave the clever technology to rapidly strain out contaminant into a disposable paper filter which can be reused up to 10 times.

The Buffalo oil filtration machine can also be used and shared between multiple fryers, saving you initial outlay verse buying multiple filtration machines.
