The Alto-Shaam Simple Control 108kg Smoker Oven, features two independent oven compartments in a single footprint, the 1200-SK Commercial Smoker oven offers unrivalled smoking, cooking and holding capabilities in the kitchen. Smoke, cook and hold higher volumes of food at a consistent quality for service. Eliminate the need for traditional labour-intensive smoking equipment and effortlessly infuse bold, authentic flavours into food with real wood chips. Halo Heat technology provides the greatest yields and highest quality food¿all while lowering operating costs. This simple control electric smoker oven features an icon-based, touch control and a single knob to set temperatures, smoke, cook and hold times. Cook by time or a single temperature probe and store up to eight programmable recipes.
