Alto-Shaam Deluxe Control VECTOR 3 Shelf Multi-Cook Oven is a revolution in cooking technology offering up the capabilities of three ovens in one space-saving unit. With deluxe controls offering advanced controls with images, unlimited steps and actions for each recipe, work instructions, HACCP and technical data, Wi-Fi capabilities. Vector H Series ovens are ideal where space is at a premium and you need the flexibility to cook what you want when you want it. The new design Vector H Series feature LED door lighting, improved hinge and handle design, a larger glass viewing area and exclusive Structured Air Technology – a breakthrough in cooking technology. Imagine the flexibility, variety and space-savings with up to four ovens in one. Control temperature, fan speed and time in multiple, independent oven chambers all in one small 533mm footprint. And you can place it anywhere with ventless operation.
