Highly powerful yet efficient, the Buffalo heavy duty double induction hob is a reliable commercial option for the professional kitchen. Delivering up to 7kW of cooking performance over two independently controlled zones, the hob is ideal for restaurants, gastro pubs and anywhere else reliability and energy efficiency is needed. The sturdy stay-cool hob surface is large yet space-saving, able to accommodate pans up to 280mm wide. Easy to use, clean and maintain.

Please note: this is hardwired only. The machine is NOT supplied with a plug and requires professional installation by an electrician.
