Buffalo 600 Series Electric Pasta Cooker

The Buffalo 600 Series electric pasta cooker is a superb solution for professional kitchens with pasta on the menu. Whether you’re cooking pasta, noodles, dumplings or vegetables, the Buffalo pasta cooker removes the need for a separate gas or electric hob position, bringing the process into a reliable, high capacity countertop station.

Incredibly easy to use, the Buffalo pasta cooker features a large 15 litre corrosion-resistant tank designed to be plumbed into a mains water connection. This way, you can quickly refill the tank with the front control tap – no need to move the machine or refill with jugs. The pasta cooker also features a front-mounted drain tap, making it easy to quickly drain away used water, ready for cleaning or down times.

The Buffalo pasta cooker gives you the precision to get the cooking results you’re looking for. With adjustable temperature control and separate mesh baskets, the pasta cooker is perfect for cooking pasta to order.
