A compact and flexible addition to any food prep area, the Polar U-Series prep counter fridge combines reliable chilled storage with rapid access to your most frequently used ingredients.

Whether you’re making pizza, sandwiches, wraps or salads, the Polar prep fridge gives you a single-station solution for the whole food preparation process. Across the top, the fridge has space for up to 8 1/6th size 100mm deep gastronorm pans, so you’ve got all your most-accessed ingredients in the same area as your prep.

Below, the large 154Ltr capacity fridge has plenty of space too and features an adjustable shelf to help you configure the interior to match the contents. Control is via an accurate and user-friendly LED panel, providing a constant digital readout of the internal temperature. And as the fridge features forced air cooling, temperature are kept well under control, even in the busiest of professional kitchen setups.
