Illuminate, chill and display refrigerated food or drink with CED’s self help, free standing, elliptical shaped Designline cold patisserie display (Rear Doors). Energy efficient 900mm long refrigerated display chills by hydrocarbon refrigerant (r290) – a solution that’s kinder to the environment and your budget. This rear loading open fronted patisserie is for use in a free standing position as a grab and go solution ( with optional front fascia panel fitted ) or within a cut out space in a servery counter run ( with ventilation holes needed in the fascia panel for the underslung refrigeration condensing unit ). A stainless steel serve over canopy and toughened side glass protection are provided to the customer side of the display. The display area features 3 no. chilled toughened glass display shelves, adustable in both height and angle, providing increased cold product display area within a minimum footprint. The front edge of shelf features lighting, product stop and 40mm tall ‘point of sale’ display/ticket strips. The 570mm x 870mm long cold deck area below the shelves provides further chilled merchandising. Additional product illumination is also provided by diffused lighting in the elliptical profile gantry. An eye level digital temperature display and ‘temperature lockable’ control panel is fitted to operator side of the display. The patisserie has 24 hour operation & holds food core between 2 – 5 deg. C. The display area features a double glazed hinged rear door for restocking and the self service superstructure is made from bright polished steel and alluminum curved profiles. Removable deck plates in the chilled patisserie make for easier deep cleaning & an integral condensate water evaporator eliminates the need for site drainage. The display comes complete with locking castors that have a combined adjustable central foot for levelling, foot adustment spanner, steel kickplinths and a 2m lead and 3 pin UK plug top.
