This large Instanta sous vide digital water bath is simple to operate with a rotary temperature control. The push-button controlled agitator pump system circulates water within the tank to maintain constant water temperature and separate timer buttons allow several batches of food to be monitored simultaneously. All timers increase incrementally to the set time, indicating how long food has been cooking for, rather than displaying how long there is left on the timer.
